Cramer Design Consultants work with a large number of Architects and Developers on City of Seattle Green factor projects. These are contemporary in design style and incorporate native and drought tolerant plantings.  There is very specific Design criteria and calculations we need to adhere to per the City of Seattle guidelines. Our company has done many, many, custom landscapes over the years. We specialize in landscape as well as hardscape designs: from water features to pools, from outdoor rooms and fire pits to trellis and decks. Cramer Design Consultants' forte is plat development. We begin by submitting preliminary designs for streetscape, parks, open space walkways and buffers per the specific City or County Agency requirements. We continue to develop a master plan through the construction phase, and then participate in the installation of the landscape to be certain the end result is beautiful.  See Examples

We have been designing in Eastern Washington since the 2006. At Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, we design plans with only native plant materials indigenous to the area. This is very challenging due to the dry and harsh climate, but we have enjoyed the challenge.

We also have designed many homes and few Wineries in Chelan, Wenatchee, and the Orondo area. The design style and plantings are completely different than in the Seattle area. We use lots of perennial color and a more extreme weather plant palette.  See Examples
